If you've been to a bertos or betos you kind of know what to expect. The food is a dice roll. The salsa is either excellent or... watered down into oblivion... And the drinks are an equivalent gamble... However, for the price and the speed you can't reallyfind a better option out there. Was a customer here, not anymore. I went there and asked them for a carne asada with fries burrito with no guacamole no beans.... They repeat it back I said yes that?s correct I got to window and she repeats the order again I said yes that is correct. I takemy meal home and bite into it completely covered in guacamole. I asked for no guacamole because it makes me sick. I called intothe restaurant to explain the issue that I had and she asked me to come back with the burrito so they can give me a new one. Iexplained I?d rather not drive back to the restaurant as I just got home and asked if there is another solution for the issueshe told me no there?s nothing they can do to help me.
