Customer service was great. They forgot a couple things about our order, but when we told them about the problems, they fixed... them up quick and made up for it with free fries. The lettuce wasn't great, and I personally like more sauce on my burgers thanthey put on, but it was good. Read more

Stopped here for lunch, and no one was in line at the drive thru, that kinda got me worried bcuz every dang fast food joint in... town was "full"... we waited a very long time to get our food, and when we did, my burger was dry and tasteless... now I knowwhy no one was there! Read more

I give up. I really wanted to like Carls Jr but today was the last day. The ?bacon? double cheeseburger (look closely on the... left, that?s all the bacon) included a soggy bun on top and a stale bun on the bottom.
