Anytime we travel to a different state I look for some Mexican food, normally a discouraging experience. We ordered food and... asked for hot salsa and the salsa was actually spicy. It is not scotch bonnet level but a nice lovely spice. The flavor of thesalsa was balanced and complemented the food well. I had a plate with 3 carnitas tacos where the carnitas were very wellflavored, not overpowering or greasy. The plate came with rice and beans as well for under $15. Something I do love is that theyhave the Coke in the tall glass bottle like I remember having as a child in Mexico. Overall this place is definitely worthvisiting if you're in town. Read more
Their beans are really good and asked for extra beans...they put then under the chips. I wished they were poured over. I asked... for extra beans and he questioned it. He said he put extra I said yes but I want more. Next time I will get beans and chipsseparate. My husband liked his tacos and I love that they serve wheels or chips and salsa. Read more
