I know that everyone is short staffed so I feel bad to say that this was not a good experience. I think the staff tried but... there was just too much going wrong for anything to go right. I have been here before and had a solid 3 star experience but nottoday. Read more
For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's is one of the best. Good menu selection. Food fresh and hot. Generous portions. Fries really... are delicious, better than any other fast food chain. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly. Would highly recommend for a quick,on-the-go meal. Read more
Longest wait ever. It's not fast food if your waiting longer in line than you would at a sit down restaurants. The workers are... so rude too. You wait in a 30 min line and then 10 minutes at the speaker. Then when I pay they tell me to pull up waiting onfries which is clearly a lie because the fries were cold and not hot. Read more
I love Wendy?s with all my heart but this Wendy?s always gives me a bad experience no matter how many times I?ve given it a... shot. Every time I?ve gone there and placed a mobile order, it?s wrong/missing half of what I ordered and no one is kind(exceptfor this one lady that gave me what was missing from my order when I went inside the store, she was super sweet and I wish Icaught her name so I could say she?s the only good part of that store.) The lady at the window is unhelpful and unpleasant. Imessed up and went to this store to pick up a mobile order and then realized I placed it at another store when I get there, so Icancelled the order at the other store because they said they couldn?t make it for me unless I did that which is fine. I get myorder and it?s wrong, I go back, and The large seasoned potatoes I ordered was a small. I wanted to go back in but at that pointI couldn?t. Save yourself the frustration and don?t go here, I?ve had so many pleasant experiences at other stores than thisone. Trash food.
