this is a review addressed to the owner/manager of this location. one of the servers - Tamiya needs additional training. Does... not understand the concept of "toasted" - puts the sandwich in the machine for literally I counted - 5 secs. Does not let themachine finish. Does not also believe in adding appropriate veggies. In a customer facing job, at least pretend to listen to thecustomer for their sandwich requests. Mam, its not you paying for the sandwich, its the customer. Please make sure she gets theadditional training she needs. Read more
I am a superfan of the Subway Club --with roast beef, thank you VERY much-- and the Subways in Texas have discontinued carrying... roast beef, thus I stopped eating at Subway. But count on Connecticut Subways continuing to carry RB and I'm glad to say theSubway Club is as good as it ever was! The owner of this location on Dixwell Ave is awesome.....very friendly and always get the order straight !! Very clean inside.
