Horrible customer service- you call they just put the phone down for 20 mins- call back and it’s the same thing. I order the... same thing and depending on who’s working there it’s different prices- and the delivery driver shorted me When delivering myfood. The driver didn’t give me the right change he shorted me $10.00 then when I call and speak to the owner he says oh well he... don’t remember so the next time you order you can take 5 dollars off- I was confused- I asked for my money back and he hadsuch a nasty attitude and told me if I can catch him in the morning he would give me my ten dollars back! Such a friendly and nice place to grab a pizza or some calzones. Their crust is delicious, salty and crunchy but not burnt. I do... like some char don't get me wrong but Paul and Eddy's is making a seriously tasty dough over there char or not. My kids like thepizza a lot but the calzones are where it's at for me. So...this has to be THE WORST experience we've EVER had at P&E's. There have been as many BAD as there was GOOD..... My husband... has been going there for years, and knows the owner pretty well. They used to be Hamdens best kept secret. Now...you don't knowif your going to get a decent pie, or a half cooked pile of dough and cheese. We have ordered here before and it was delicious. Very disappointed. The mozzarella tasted like it sat out all day. It tasted awful.We ordered a tomatoes basil mozzarella andricotta pie.
