Ordered a three piece, got home to a two piece. Plus paid $11.99 for it ???? crazy price increases
Simply, they are consistently out of the basic menu items, Mac and cheese and sometimes CHICKEN! As a chicken joint you have to... just close if you're out of chicken and management needs to be replaced. They NEVER answer the phone for takeout orders or tosee if they actually have chicken. I went thru drive thru. Barely heard them. Order taker EXTREMELY RUDE. 5:15 Thursday out of Mac and cheese (didn't want that )... but was TOLD we were Only getting potatoes and gravy as sides for our $42 order. Now pull forward. Lady at window SUPER SWEET.Get home biscuits hard as rocks.. not a joke. I look in the bag for a receipt.None.I call 6 times. You pick a number for whatyou want just rings and hangs up. I don't have TIME .. nor energy on a 94 degree day, grandkids back in a hot car to toss thesehockey picks at them.. so I'll review here and call corporate.. I ordered online at 1109pm and got my confirmation receipt that said the order would be ready for pickup at 1118pm so i headed... there and turns out they closed at 11pm. The website claims that this location is open until midnight but its not. I've calledthe store about 5 times the next morning after 10am and nobody answered. So I never got my kfc and am out the money becausenobody will answer the phone. Read more
