Very bad management and customer service. I made a reservation for five people to celebrate my birthday, I give my information... and phone number to the man who spoke with me and took the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant and said that we had areservation, the man on the door told us that they were having a private party and that we could not enter. When I asked whythey take reservations if they have a private party, he just answered that he didn't take the reservation, but someone else.Unacceptable, I will never go back. At least someone could call me and say they have a party because I give my phone number. Read more
We are very disappointed with this place especially with the Manger. Our group off 5 people come to have diner on Saturday night... and manager said everything is reserved for private party.But wee have reservation for 9 o'clock to attend to the party weereserved 2 days affront even the person who take reservation ask us did we like small or high table but manager just ignored usand our reservation.We bring our friends to celebrate and try some Balkan food but because one rude person wee failed. They revamped the place to look much nicer but for a Saturday it was dead. They were supposed to have music, but by 11:30, the... singer was sitting at the bar because nobody was inside. The food was much better than the frozen mashed potatoes and sides Ihad before, but the drinks were completely watered down. When we asked our server to fix the drinks , we were brought two shotsof tequila and charged 16 dollars, which they should have just remedied the problem right away. The waiter and other staff werelooking at us like we were crazy for complaining. This place definitely overcharges for mediocre service and food.
