Had food delivered, good portion size. Everything came separated (rice/beans/protein) very good food.
Been ordering here for about 2 years. It?s been hit and miss honestly but today was the last time for sure. I ordered pork chops... (chuletas). When the food was delivered it was cold and absolutely no taste! To top it off the pork chops I ordered were 2pieces of ham! Ridiculous! And when we called they said ?oh yea that?s what it?s going to be from now on because we?re notserving pork chops anymore?. No apologies, no refunds nothing. Basically just deal with it. The food is authentic and delicious. We?ve ordered San cocho, empanadas, arroz con lechone and bistec and beans. Everything has... been spot on. The only thing that?s not spot on is their hospitality. They were not rude, but not friendly or welcoming. Atfirst, I thought maybe it?s because I?m white and there?s a little language barrier even though I order my food correctly inSpanish, but my Dominican husband also came and said ?wow all of this looks delicious? in Spanish and no response from theladies.
