I have only ever had their cheese pizza and chicken wings. I discovered this place a little over a year ago. Pizza was very good... and it became my go to spot. I would go out of my way to get it. The last few times pizza was not as good. My last order thisweekend pizza was the worst tasting, chicken wings had thick skin with the fat underneath that is not appetizing. This is a review for the owners of this business, I bear no ill will for you and I genuinely hope you are successful and listen... to this feedback. All in all I have been to your shop 3 times. The food has been tasty all three times. The experience waitinghowever, has been mixed every time. Your service has been mixed and lacking. The kitchen is too slow, especially for a pizzaplace that should be able to accommodate walk in orders without a significant wait. I had a good experience with the some ofyour employees this week, but the first impression I had was not great. I felt dismissed by a younger staff member who was ontheir phone. The most recent service I received was very good, I struck up a conversation with the chef working the pizza ovenand was blown away with his passion for quality and friendliness. The gentleman working the counter greeted all the customersentering the store including me and was very helpful. These two guys are the only reason I would consider going back. Iproceeded to wait 20 minutes for a salad, at lunch on a weekday, I had asked this for to-go and at least one time I saw thekitchen completely empty after my order had been started. This is my third try with this shop and every time I have had the samecomplaint, although I kept it to myself the first two times. The only thing that tempered my dissatisfied experience was thefriendly front of house staff who went into the kitchen to accelerate my poorly executed order. They offered me a complimentarydrink on the the house which was very appreciated. This was my third time there and the third time that the kitchen seemedunreasonably slow given the circumstances. There was a poster advertising cauliflower pizza. I went inside, inquired and was told it is a personal pan. I ordered a white... pizza with spinach toppings. It was EXCELLENT AND DELICIOUS. Very light, but fulfilling. My relative who is not a fan of healthfoods, agreed of the taste. I thought it was a little pricey but you get what your pay for. Definitely will be back and hopethey bring a location to Central NJ! Read more
