Food was very fresh and hot. The bathroom was not open and I had to ask the employee to open it up. The bathroom was not a... staff-only bathroom it was one that was designed to be usable by customers. It was strange to see this in a restaurant when mostpeople using the restroom are ordering food. The lettuce isn't shredded. I love that. The meat is juicy and actually taste grilled. Not like bk which smells like farts and... has the texture of leather. Or shredded lettuce like mickey d's. Good job carl's. And their staff is nice. Read more
The food order was good. Nothing special. But was was amazing was the service. The guy came to our vehicle gave us our food. He... actually asked us if we needed anything else. And told us have a good day. Most of the time they just come drop off and leave.The guy's name was Able. Very nice guy I hope I got his name right.
