We absolutely adore this restaurant. Cozy, family-owned, and delicious. Maria is amazingly friendly and welcoming. The food is... remarkable. We loved the breakfast burritos and everything else we ate! You must stop here when you're in Gallup. If not, you'remissing out on a one of a kind experience. Maria makes the red and green chile every single morning before they open and you cantaste the love in this wonderful food. I'd give it a million stars if I could. Read more

5 stars isn?t enough for this little piece of southwest heaven. We stopped here coming from the east coast traveling to the... Grand Canyon and the experience was perfection. The food was hot and delicious, service was quick and exceptional. We orderedthree breakfast burritos between the two of us and couldn?t even finish them all. We always try to eat at Maria?s on our way through from Illinois to AZ. It is our favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!!!
