Despite frequenting the establishment often, the service and food quality is inconsistent. Often the soft serve is too warm and... melting as you drive away. Long lines both inside and out during peak season. The bathrooms are typically well kept and thelobby has always been clean. If you can get to the Bellingham Dairy Queen you will have a better experience. Read more

Great place to go if you want bad service followed by food poisoning. I went there Friday night after work at around 9:30 and... ordered some fries. I recieved bad service and also cold fries. I ate a few because I was so hungry, but ended throwing mostinto my yard for the birds. I woke up at 3am violently ill. It took me out the whole two folowing days. It's Monday now and I'mstill on the mend. Cost me two days of work. Called dairy queen and left a message for the manager, but no one ever called meback to make things right or even apologize. Ordered large fries and an Oreo brownie cupfection for my kids. Single mother here gave $20.95 for an $8.90 charge. I was given... ONLY a nickel back and lost a whole $12 due to the grimey cashier. She rang my reciept up as $8.90. The manager knows theemployee "would never do such a thing", wouldn't give her name to me even though employees wear name tags solely for purposessuch as. The general manager (she) hung up on me. I would be careful when paying here in large bills. They will rip you off andring up the reciept wrong therefore it's your word vs theirs. Not all employees are scummy, but the general manager and some ofthe employees (minions) are!! Read more

I went to DQ for a Flamethrower and a couple Blizzards. Recieved a burger with BBQ and not the Flamethrower. As well as two... blizzards with ice cream all over the cup. So much in fact, the young woman handing the cups to me paused to wipe excess icecream from her hands on the towel located on the counter behind her. Maybe it's just me, or maybe it's because I worked for DQyears ago, but it was a rule to make sure the cup was clean and if you were in a rush, place it in another cup, in the hopesyour customer doesn't have to go outside and clean up with STACKS of napkins. Also, really bummed about the burger. (Managergave me a coupon when I told him about my experiences the next time I was in, which is why I'm giving three starts. Read more
