Cheap pizza that's really good. I love it here
You need to train your staff to not lie to their customers when they walk in to be told it will only be a couple more minutes... then 20 minutes later be told they DONT EVEN HAVE YOUR ORDER. why make me sit there for 20 minutes when you knew all along itwasn?t there. I had a confirmation telling me the order was placed at this location too. They also complained that there wereonly 2 staff working and that the online system wasn?t working meanwhile multiple people walked in and out with orders placedonline. It?s not your customers fault your system doesn?t work or that you don?t have enough staff. Horrible experience. To alsohave to repeat yourself to 2 staff members over and over again what the order was would frustrate anyone. Be honest and upfrontwith your customers when they first walk-in. Once being told the order hasn?t been received I asked if it was even in the ovenwhich apparently was such a hard hitting question the staff member couldn?t even answer me, he just kept saying their system wasdown. It?s a yes or no answer. Hire more staff and train them better, also fix your apparent broken online system to avoid thishappening in the future. Read more
Good customer service. Ordered a $15 3 meat pizza off the menu, not the hot n ready, and got home to a hot n ready.. it was... disappointing, pizza was OK. Too much sauce, not enough pepperoni or cheese.. Read more
One of the better pizzas on the lower end of the price scale. I like the little pizza vaults they keep your pizza in and you... just walk in and enter your code and the little door opens. Little Caesars deep dish is very good and filling. Don't botherwith the deserts, and I don't recommend the "hot and ready" -- order yours fresh, trust me. Service is adequate, definitely notbad, but not stand out either. Read more
