First time at this Lotta Burger, service was good, lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere.
Horrible experience. Got every single part of my order wrong, and even then the food was disgusting. I asked for a breakfast... burrito NOT smothered and they gave me a burrito SMOTHERED, my fiancée got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs weren?t evencooked, I ordered a orange juice, which they didn?t even get on my order so they wouldn?t just give it to me. And when Icomplained about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Oh and not to mention, the pumpkin iced coffee is disgusting andtaste rancid. VERY VERY, disappointing. Will not be going back to Blake?s every again. If you want a good breakfast withfriendly staff DO NOT go here. Read more
The food was fresh. Tasted like real beef. Slightly greasy but a good place for breakfast and Lunch. Seats are comfortable.
I have come here several times at different times of the day and have consistently had very poor customer service. Food has been... fine but it's really disappointing to have such a nice store and have such an unfriendly staff. Serve times are very slow (10-15mins plus) and any attempts to interact with the staff are met with coldness. I know for a fact this is not how the company isrun.
