I love how they mix the ice cream with the candy right in front of me and they have cool waffle sundae bowels!
We went today and sadly had an experience we weren't expecting. In my boyfriends icecream, there was just two whole... strawberries. Not chopped up or anything, and barely anything else mixed in. In mine, the cookie dough was in two huge chunks.They couldn't be bothered to actually cut up the big stuff or mix in enough caramel or chocolate. Oh and mine had randomsprinkles and peanut butter throughout. Both don't belong in what I ordered, which means their stations haven't been cleanedproperly. All I know is that we won't be back. $20 for mediocre ice cream isn't worth it. Read more
Came in for my doordash order and was told that it was being worked on....three workers proceeded to stand around talking while... one girl was mixing up ice cream......when the girl was done no one ever looked or offered to ask if this was my order ......Ithen went and asked about my order....a girl walked to the back room and brought my order that had been sitting there for wellover ten minutes....u might want to know who is making what and do less talking....better communication......since I can't leaveanother review I will continue on this this one....once again went in for diodash order and waited along with another gentlemenwho wasn't acknowledged when he walked in and when someone finally waited on him she abruptly told him to wait while she talkedto another employee....waited on my order well over 20 minutes.....your employees all running around have no clue what anyone isdoing Read more

Always love me some Cold Stone unfortunately this time their receipt machine for all my orders was broken therefore resulting in... my order not being ready upon arrival however this is the first bad experience that I have had at this store however I alwayslove me some Cold Stone so I'll cut them some slack, they made my ice cream amazingly.
