Traveled from out of town to enjoy a meal with my family of 7 for my son's birthday. However, service was poor. Food was cold,... dry, overcooked, and certain sides were missing when we got it. No napkins gives, only a set of 4 utensils were placed, and norefills. Appetizers weren't served as appetizers but along with the food which was cold like it was sitting for awhile. Foodwasn't served by our server, and he never checked on us until after several attempts to get his attention. We asked if they didanything for birthdays. No dessert was offered which was unusual ,because we been to Chili's elsewhere that celebrate withsinging/dessert. He rudely told us they don't do that, and all he could do is a ice cream which was never brought. It felt likeour table, and needs were ignored. There was no hostess when we walked in and the place was not busy on a Sat night. We waited 5 minutes until someone showed up to... seat us. Sad to say she looked ragged and very unhappy to be there. We sat and looked over the menu for drinks for 7 minutesuntil the waiter came to get our drink order. Then waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks and order our food. By this timethe place was even more empty. The 2 stars come from the food coming out quickly, again due to the amount of time we waited allthe people were gone. The place is really bustling with activity. I ordered nachos but got a plate with triangle shaped chips, loaded with beef... strips, beans, and veggies. Although the plate looked great, the chips were a bit over toasted. My personal preference would benachos- just me though. My companions dinners were simply amazing. There was steak, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Cob cornwas amazing. The burger ordered was enough for two people. Chili's is always semi loud in the bar area but the food is always hot and fresh and so delicious! The servers are nice and... polite and ask everything they need to know when they take your order. The wait time is never over 35 minutes for me. Alwayssuch a favorite. Read more
