I?ve been here a couple of times and ordered loaded baked potato soup and when I got it I didn?t see any ?loaded? in my soup at... all. When asked about it they said ?you should?ve asked for it? I specifically asked for loaded and that?s not what I got.Horrible customer service. Read more
Schlotzsky's is a good place to go for "quick" bite. Their food is wonderful and staff is pleasant to deal with. However my... lastest experience was not the best. I ordered soup and ended up waiting far longer than it should have taken for the order tobe fulfilled. The young man did seem to be a new employee.
