This was my first time trying this establishment, I needed a quick bite for lunch so I stopped by around 5:30ish & got a whole... pretzels which was the Pepperoni & Jalepeño pretzel w/ a side of cheese dip. Total was around $7. The pretzel was pretty good,only downside is the pretzel probably was sitting there for a good couple hours or was over cooked some parts were pretty hardbut over all it was good. Aren't the employee's supposed to wear gloves while handling food and have there hair tied up or pulled back in a bun? I just... witnessed one of the employee's handling food without gloves , not cleaning the counter before putting food down, and i did notsee either one wash there hands the whole time they walked in and one of the employee's was preparing food with hair in herface. I wish I could leave zero stars. I went and ordered a pink lemonade. They had a ten year old working the register. Then they... gave me a blue raspberry lemonade. I told them I ordered the pink lemonade, which turned out to be the worst tasting lemonadeI?ve ever tasted. And I was already upset because my total was over 5 dollars. I asked for my receipt and the older lady workingthere started acting all huffy towards me. She slammed my correct lemonade on the counter. Tried to tell me I was wrong abouthaving been charged for two lemonades when the receipt clearly showed I was double charged. Then slammed my refund on thecounter. Out of the last seven times I?ve tried to eat here, they?ve only had dough or drinks one time. This place needs new management.... I can?t imagine how they keep in business with nothing to sell. lm not one to post a bad review but this experience was ridiculous. I went in for a ?soft? pretzel today and was excited to go... home and eat it. When it was given to me i noticed the cheese was really warm and when i got home and opened it the cheeseinside the closed package was burnt. I was sort of okay with that until i went to eat my pretzel. The pretzel wasn?t warm when igot it, it was very stale, it was really hard to eat, and it was also burnt.
