I LOVE this place!! My favorite is the small bbq pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, and the cobblers are all to die for. I also... love their peach lemonade. I forgot to take pictures of the food I was so excited to eat it. My dad had the shrimp plate andthey gave him a huge portion of shrimp. He was very happy. My niece had the chicken plate and it was also a very large portion.Her son had the Mac n cheese and it was homemade fantastic! This is family owned and they are such a wonderful, friendly familyevery time I have been there. I wish there were more family run restaurants like this. Read more

Hubby picked up what was SUPPOSED to be a large turkey for Thanksgiving. The large is SUPPOSED to be 20-24 pounds. I always... cook a turkey that is as close to 25 pounds as I can find. When he brought the $90 turkey in, i thought that they MUST havepre-carved it because the package was so small...I re-heated it MUCH less than the instructions because turkey does NOT need tobe 225 degrees, ESPECIALLY when it's already cooked. Opened the wrapping and, no, it wasn't pre-carved...NO WAY was this alarge turkey! I doubt it even qualified for their medium size...if so, BARELY! The turkey was so overcooked...the white meatcould not be sliced, came away like sawdust. The dark meat was hard...almost rock-hard. I pulled as much edible meat off itthat I could...got a little to eat Thanksgiving, and a couple omelettes later. I thank God that I didn't cook for a crowd thisyear like I usually do! "Feeds 15-20"...lol. Didn't even feed me and hubby! They will never get another dime from us! Thanksfor ruining our Thanksgiving! Read more
