Where do I begin, There use to be pre-made salads, to-go food ...barely anything. There is always a line with only one person... on one register, rest are closed for some reason. Then, the person who is behind the register, who is suppose to be there, iseither just standing there not checking out or leaves leaving a line of people waiting. NOONE comes out to ring .And cananyone count change? Why is the correct change not being given out ? I don't know what happened to the organization but it'snot there. Au Bon Pain either needs to hire more people or hire a new management because the over all professionalism is notthere. And that's sad . Read more

Awful. Painfully slow and disorganized flow of ordering, paying, and picking up your order. Tables and chairs are dirty. ... Employees seem to be zoned out and doing nothing. The manager made fun of my husband's name in front of him. Avoid. Read more

I sometimes stop in here for a quick sandwich on lunch break as I work at the local hospital. I always get the black bean... avocado sandwich and it's always delicious and neatly assembled. Today I really noticed how dirty everything was inside. Thefloors have crumbs and paper littered throughout (entrance was also sticky on my sneakers), the counters were dirty and many ofthe tables that didn't have customers sitting at them were also dirty. There is also a sliding door completely missing on thepastry display case when you walk in. Everyone walking into the restaurant constantly shifting and blowing the air right intothe pastry case...hrmm I'm not sure if they are short staffed today as there is a help wanted sign out front but when theenvironment is so clearly dirty it makes me hesitant about eating food from here again... which is a shame because I comeregularly. I'm still confused on what happened...but I ordered the two egg sandwich with sausage and no cheese. It took a while to make... with two employees working on orders, I got it and it had cheese on it. Okay, I've experienced that before so I just politelyasked them to make it again without cheese. Another 10 minutes goes by, other people order and are receiving their orders. Iget mine and it's a completely different sandwich this time...While I was telling them it still wasn't right other people weregoing up and complaining about their orders too. They decide to make it a third time for me and while doing so, they had toremake at least 3 other people's orders that weren't right as well. At this point, a third employee went to help and afteranother 10 minutes, I finally get the right order. I'm not sure what was happening, but it just didn't seem like what I orderedwas processing to the employees, along with multiple other people in the time I was in the restaurant. The employees seemedcompletely out of it and so did the manager. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here. Read more
