Having people pull up to get off your timer is a cheap excuse to make it appear as though,, to home office, that you are meeting... your numbers. So yes, I'll roll up but just enough for the car behind me to stop the flow of traffic, too. Worst experience ever, i was told that it would be 10 mins before roast beef was ready which was fine. Then the server began... to complain about how hot the meat would be and was i sure i wanted to wait. I said since its a problem, ill just get arefund. The manager said i needed to make up my mind and slammed my money on the counter. I asked for her name and a districtmanager name. She refused to give a name and said i could google a district number. Never again will i go here. Read more

Literally the worst customer service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I don't know why I keep going back hoping it... will improve bc it never does. I literally sat at the speaker to order food for 6 minutes, they never acknowledged I was there,so I said helllloooo and she snapped back ma'am give us a minute!!! If I had been acknowledged when I pulled up and asked towait, I might of left 2 stars. It's the same service every single time from them and usually there's only 2 people in line. Read more
