Absolutely amazing! Probably the best Italian food my fiancé and I have had. Our entire experience at Gambino's was... spectacular. From the go, our waitress Katrina was extremely welcoming, energetic, and entertaining. She made us feel right athome and the most comfortable I've ever been at any restaurant. The food was fresh and full of flavor, the service was unlikeany other, and the ambiance was elegant, yet very comfortable. Absolutely coming back! Thank you Katrina and the entire Gambinostaff!! I have been super excited to try this place out! It's always so hard to find good Italian restaurants, so when I hear about a... place then I like to try it. The restaurant looks super cute made you feel like you were somewhere in Italy. We got to ourbooth and the seat was flithy! We waited for someone to come clean our table. Our waitress was okay. She was not very helpfulor encouraging when we asked questions regarding the menu! We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were very good!! Can't reallymess that up much right? We ordered our meals and being vegetarian we asked for suggestions and nothing useful. My son had thespaghetti and I did the spicy pasta minus the sausage. Entree is served with breadsticks and salad. Our salad was drenched indressing. Breadsticks weren't the greatest, and we barely touched our dinner. I wouldn't say the restaurant was bad maybe otheritems on the menu are delicious, but I have had better! Prices were not bad either. Good but disappointing. So here’s what happened. We arrived there we were 8 people, so we were told that we had to wait for 20... minutes… those 20 minutes became 1 hour, but we were really excited to eat there… We were attended by Justin! Amazingwaiter, friendly, enthusiastic and professionally worker. So we had this big salad bowl for everyone and some lovely breadsticks. After that, we ordered crab soup, it tasted a little bit salty in my opinion, however it was good. Then it was time forthe main courses, I had this fettuccini alfredo with shrimp, really well served and good, some others ordered chicken Parmesanand also very good. Someone else ordered a big piece of steak, but there’s were the dissatisfaction started, it wasn’tseasoned, so he told the waiter about it and he took it away offering something else, but as the intention was to eat meat, sohe didn’t change the plate. After that we had an amazing bread pudding for desert. After that we had the check and problemsstarted, after waiting more than hour to enter, as the steak was returned, the manager charged us the “free” salad and breadsticks… we tried to talk with him and let him know about the situation, he only limited to say that it was because the guy whoreturned the steak didn’t ordered anything else, it was almost 300 dollars bill, and the manager argued with us and was verymean for 6 dollars.
