This was the best Mexican cuisine I've had in a long time. The salsa was flavorful, the chips were hot and freshly made, and our... entrees came out timely. I had the burrito ranchero with steak and the steak was not over cooked or under cooked-just right. Andit was seasoned very well. And y'all are onto something with those "cactus grits". Sat at the bar Monday night. The bar was filthy with food stuck to it. The bartender finally showed up with an attitude. We... kindly asked for a bar rag and didn't mind cleaning the bar but she got more attitude. Never took drink order, slid a few menusat us and had more attitude. We got up and walked out. Went to Agave and was greeted with a pleasant hostess and a server whowas happy to see us. Food and service was great at Agave. Tipped well.
