Maguey's is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant in Enumclaw. It's warm and welcoming. The authentic food, is truly authentic... and very delicious! Drinks are also on point! They have some of the best customer service I've seen in quite sometime. In thecurrent world of bad service and people not wanting to work, their employees are fantastic! Authentic Mexican food, in a nicerestaurant, that won't break the bank for a family. Every time we go, we end up taking the rest of the big portions backhome. If you're in the area, give it a go. A group of 12 of us came in after a hike. We didn?t have time to call ahead - but yet were still greeted by a very kind young... man named Alvaro who also served our table. He quickly set us up with a large table. The service was incredible - and the foodand portions were too. My wife and I eat a totally plant based diet - and they had several options for us. I had an outstanding experience here. The waiters were extremely generous and kind. The new management there is absolutely... amazing. The food is top tier. They had even given us free dessert and balloons for the kids when they?d heard about ourprevious bad experience with the old management there. Let's start with I'm Mexican. And this is where I'll be eating if my white wife and i want to eat out. Carne(meat) was not... overcooked and it was the right kind of meat. The camarones( shrimp) a la diabla sauce was right on. The problem with MexicanAmerican like Azteca or Mazatlan restaurants is that they cook to please their majority clients witch tend to be white, witchis fine. This restaurant is not that. Only downfall would be that they didn't have fresh tortillas, but with how small thebuilding is I see why not. Read more
