High priced for poor quality food. Their signature ingredient is smoked brisket which was very dry. Not good!
We ate lunch there on Sunday Dec 12, 2021. It is a relatively small restaurant, but their kitchen is either undersized or... understaffed - lead time from placing an order (as simple as hamburger and mac and cheese) was 40 to 45 minutes. We arrived at11:20 am and they were already out of all chicken plates and sandwiches. Waitresses try hard to get food and checks delivered toguests as quickly as they can, but there is only that much that they can do if kitchen is way behind. Food was OK, better thanthe total garbage typical for ski resorts, but less thrilling than one would expect for the price and worse than one generallyexpects from a full service restaurant. One generally wants to get a quick but filling meal at a ski resort and go back toskiing. This is not it. Neither speed nor food quality is there. Nothing to "write home about". Read more
