Waited 30 minutes inside for my order, when I got it the Beef and Cheddar was roast beef with an unmelted piece of cheese on it.... Showed the cashier the sandwich and he said they would have to remake it and it would be another 20 minutes. I just asked for mymoney back and left. If 0 stars was an option, that would be the rating. My husband waited 45 minutes for our order only to be told they were out... of roast beef. Everyone behind him in the drive through had left?.so it wasn?t because they were busy. I understand productshortages, but there is no excuse for making a customer wait this long before telling them about it. Read more
This location is awful. We pulled through the drive through to order a few sliders. After a bit, people started to leave the... line because it wasn?t moving AT ALL! We were staying very patient because we know things can get busy and hectic easily. Afterseveral more minutes, I went into the Dairy Queen and asked what was going on with the drive thru. They were busy goofing off.She said they were helping everyone in the lobby first. I looked behind me and there were three people who had already orderedfood and two of them has their food in their hands. I told her several people had left the line and we had been waiting forquite a while. She ?assured? me she knew what was going on in the drive thru. I told her she needed to take care of thecustomers in the drive through and she said she didn?t care about the drive thru. I turned to leave and she said again that shewasn?t going to do anything with the drive thru. As I walked outside, the car that was sitting at the window asked what wasgoing on. I said nothing was going on but the girl who I spoke with (a girl with black long hair) didn?t care about us waitingand wasn?t going to help. The lady said they were stuck because they had already taken their money. So disappointing whenpeople are in customer service jobs yet are clearly not in favor of good customer service. Great service! I love it when a fast food place is run well. I got chicken nuggets, and they were all fresh and hot! And of... course, the Arby's sauce is to die for!
