Wish could leave ZERO stars cause that's what they deserve. Placed an online order and the order summary said 47-57 minutes.... After an hour and 20 minutes we called and were told that it would be headed to us shortly. After an hour and 50 minutes wecalled again and were told they were working on it and it was ready just waiting for a driver. I get that the world is shortstaffed but they really need to fix there online system. Don't tell me it's going to be X amount of time and double it with nocommunication. Will definitely think twice before ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. Read more
Placed an online order for 1 medium cheese only standard pizza. Said pickup in 25 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later, waited an... additional 30 minutes for them to get the pizza ready, as a line of 6 other people entered the lobby with no employees up frontto help anybody. Read more
Through a mix up on the online app my order wasn't able to be done the way I had ordered it. But a worker their named Jason went... above and beyond making sure that I got some things that worked perfectly and even gave me credit towards my next order.Definitely great customer service Read more

Correct order maybe 3 times when ordered weekly for last 5 months. Wrong crust and charged extra for it! Under cooked! Old... tasting meats. Charged 4 extra sauces & not recieved. Wrong beverags and wrong sizes. Staff can't do a simple refund on the onerare occasion i was offered one for $.85!! Am disabled so get delivery and low income so $40 per order is to much to wastehere!! Used to love their products but no more. Have now received a hand written note inside my delivery because I asked for myorder to be done right and told to go elsewhere. No one from the survey has ever contacted me to find a way to make thingsright or improve this store. Read more
