Yes, it?s an aged location that hasn?t been updated to the latest corporate ?look? but it was immaculately clean! The staff were... super friendly and it was clear that the owners take great care of what they have. Food was what you?d expect from DQ. Read more
waited 30 minutes to get our to go order and we could SEE OUR FOOD IN THE SLOT SITTING THERE FOR 20 MINUTES! one of the workers... just stared at our food and then walked away and just did nothing. we were in a hurry, too, so never going back to this placeever. Read more
I have not recently ordered food (other than ice cream) at any Dairy Queens and am not sure whether the prices here are unusual,... but I was surprised that the pre-tax price for a Flamethrower (double) was over $9.00--that's not the full-meal price. Someitems were over $10. There were three other members of my party, and we ordered around 9:00 p.m., so that I expect the food wasmade to order, but they might have held mine back or something, because it seemed only lukewarm when I bit into it in theparking lot. I have no other complaints, but the next time I am passing through, I will try to remember to get off I-5 at themore easterly exit and benefit from the greater number of fast food options (and competition that induces?) Hadn't gone here for three years because the customer service and wait time was so bad on that occasion. Unfortunately, things... didn't change today. The restaurant was fully staffed and business was steady but not overwhelming. The guy next to me waitedclose to 15 minutes for a milkshake and when they gave it to him it wasn't the flavor he ordered. Another guy waited quite awhile for his combo order for his family. He took his food and drinks out to the car and told the employee at the front counterhe would come back for the sundaes. When he did and asked for them they weren't made because the same employee said, "I didn'tknow if you were coming back". Are you kidding me? As for my sundae? Also a 15 minute wait and the employee tasked with makingit didn't know how to and waited over 10 minutes before finally asking another employee for help. Maybe I'll give them anothertry in three years. Or then again....Maybe not and I'm guessing the two other guys are probably going elsewhere to in thefuture. Read more
