The service was horrible. They seemed to not know what they are doing. Many people were waiting for their food and one person in... front of me asked for a refund because his food took too long. Read more
We couldn't order inside, so we tried to walk up to the drive through. No service so we had to walk back to our car to order... from drive through. Dining room was closed.The milkshakes were good, but I didn't order roast beef because I don't eat pinkslime. Read more
When I'm going in to eat, and I see Arby's employees coming out of the bathrooms with cleaning supplies, when I KNOW there are... maintenance personnel on site, and they go back to work making food, my first instinct is to immediately call the healthdepartment. Especially when I hear a younger manager with blonde highlights tell the kid to do it. Do better EllensburgPilot/Arbys. Absolutely disgusting. Perhaps a call is in order. Read more
