I'm a senior citizen and I went inside and I decided to try to use the kiosk. Everybody behind the counter had their backs... turned to me and they weren't looking at me, so I tried to order and I got all done and I looked at the screen and there wasnothing there that said okay or anything like that to finish the order, so there was a button to push to ask for help so Ipushed that button one person turned around and looked at me and then looked away and went about his business and so I left. Iwas pretty hungry so I went through the drive-thru and I didn't say anything to the people working I was polite to them theywere polite to me but I was disappointed that the technology is flawed and the people behind the counter can choose to ignorethe flashing light that says the customer needs help to finish his order. Been going here for well over 8 years now and i can say with confidence that 2 out of every 5 times i go they mess something up... on my order. If it ain't a burger made wrong (happens very often i get a bacons mcdouble with no bacon) or they simply don't putsomething in my order and i have to ask for the missing item while i park in the lot to check my food.
