Slow drive through and a sever lack of urgency in the kitchen. But the drive through employee is always polite and apologetic
Man has dairy queen gone down hill. First off, the new burgers are awful, but I get that's a corporate thing. That being said, I... sat in line for 10 minutes and my burger was cold... cheese wasn't even melted. Also I ordered a bacon burger and there wasn'teven a whole piece of bacon on it. For $10, a bacon burger better have a couple pieces of bacon. The pictures show 2 pieces ofbacon. I also ordered a chicken strip basket with ranch. Didn't get any ranch, and probably half as many fries as usual.Seriously for $32 (bacon double $10, chicken strip basket $13, and blizzard $6, tax) I expect some decent food. This was awful,and I don't understand how. Dairy queen has always been way more expensive than other fast food places, but come on. That's notinflation, that's just ridiculous. Read more
Love Dairy Queen on a hot summer day. This one near CWU is old school in design and interior. Very cool old-style booths and... tile accents on the walls. It?s small and the staff is friendly and efficient. Had a delicious Girl Scout thin mint blizzard anda chocolate dip cone. The best! Read more
This location needs some better management...the employees are friendly, but the quality of the food is just gross. It is always... a loooong wait for food and I don't know why because as soon as I got my fries they were cold. Not warm, cold.
