I will be calling Edgewood domino?s and demanding a refund my order was being prepared for over 45 mins to make 3 med pizzas and... wings and then when in the oven finally they pushed the pizza through as well as the wings or reached in and got them out earlywings soggy cold in middle still and pizza was still doughy my son said there were literally like 10 to 12 workers in there andlike two people working one guy even clocked out early while manger told him you are still on the clock his reply too badHorrible service horrible prep horrible cooking I will definitely order from pizza bar. So tired of their excuses. I realize businesses are short-handed, so don't make promises you can't keep. This was the 4th time... we've ordered, was told 25 min delivery time. 1 hr 40 mins later, the pizzas were still not in the oven. Called multiple timesand talked to various people, who promised each time the pizzas would be delivered in the next 25 - 30 minutes "because thedriver just got back". I even offered to come get the pizzas and pick them up but was told our order was the next one going outfor delivery. The last call was to cancel the order almost 2 hours later, and I was told they hadn't put the pizzas in the ovenbecause they still didn't have a driver. Online orders should estimate delivery times better and employees who answer thephone should be prepared to tell customers the hard truth instead of making promises they can't keep. So tired of the excuses. Ordered pizza for delivery at 430. At 530 the app said it had not even been made so I called the store.... They said they were very short drivers so they had not made the pizza. I said fine I would come pick it up. Do NOT order delivery and expect to get your food to be made it delivered as promised. We ordered Pizza last week, Nov 27. It... didn't arrive. 10 minutes after the driver didn't show up, an hour after we had ordered, I noticed the Pizza Tracker said it wasstill in the "starting to make your order" I called and Dan answered the phone, he said their drivers were just arriving andthey had 14 orders ahead of ours. I explained I didn't want cold food and wanted to cancel my order. He had me hold while he'checked' he came back and said our food hadn't even been started. So it wouldn't be cold, but it would be about 2 hours. Iagain told Dan I wanted to cancel my order . And asked why they were taking orders for delivery without drivers. Dan said theyhad to take the orders whether they could deliver them or not and they just waited for the drivers to check in before making thefood. I know this is untrue because I have ordered pickup before, due to the store not delivering. Then Dan said it would takeweeks for me to get a refund, am I sure I want to cancel. I told him to cancel it and explained, he could either cancel thecharge or it will be refunded in 3-7 days. We hung up . 5 minutes later Dan called from a cell phone and said they were makingit anyway and it would be out for delivery in 15 minutes and he refused to let me cancel. Read more
