I'm a hard critic, but this place was worth every minute of the 2 hr. Drive it took to get there. A good friend and I just... wanted a change of scenery and this town truly delivered. Easton Pennsylvania is very scenic especially during the fall, everyonewe came in contact with was friendly and this town is surprisingly very diverse. Ok let's get to the good stuff, the Cornbreadwith was dense, filled with plenty of corn kernels and very flavorful. First baked, sliced, pan seared on its sides and dousedin cognac butter. This was a pleasant change from the cake-like cornbread we have grown accustomed to today. The Catfish wasamazing, the fried chicken is best eaten with their house made hot sauce otherwise salt is needed, the sweet potato mash wasgood, the pickles a little sweet for my taste but we'll made. The perogies with crab potatoes and cheese was different but good. The mint tea awesome and the drinks could have been stronger but overall really great. Next time I will try one of the Mac andcheese but we were too full Read more

This place really feels like we are at a New Orleans restaurant. We had the best fried green tomatoes! The pimento ranch took it... to another level. The food is very tasty And the drinks were great too. Read more

This is a "Mixed Bag" of results kind of place. First the "Gumbo"... I'm not sure what it actually is, but it's not Gumbo... ... It's thick, the Roux has an under cooked flour taste to it, but if you get past that it's pretty good because at least it has abit of heat. The Jambalaya is usually decent. However it was cold today, the shrimp undercooked. It seems like each time we gothere the service gets slower and slower. Normally I would have gotten it either heated or replaced, but by the time we saw ourserver after the food had been brought to the table, my wife had already finished her meal and the time on the parking meter wasrunning low. Next time we'll well go to the one in Betheleham. Read more

Our waitress Brittany was ?????. The decor was open and inviting. The Gumbo was good. The Jambalaya was way to salty. It was... also not a Jambalaya, but more like a tomato seafood soup with some rice on top. Our friends had a worse experience with theirfood. I will try the one in Bethlehem, but will not return to eat at the Easton location again. Read more
