It is the second time coming to a Texas roadhouse! I ordered NY Strip rare, with no onion/mushroom. It came out exactly what i... wanted it to be. The texture is very soft and the steak is very juicy. Unlike the one i got on my first visit, which was dry.The best way of ordering it would be: If you want you steak to come with mushroom/onion, you better order at least one steprawer than you wanted it to be. Because The heat on the steak itself and the heat from mushroom and onion will make it lot morecloser to well-done. Then, your steak will be dry and not juicy at all. Lets start with the fact that my food was cold when I got it. Lets then go to the fact that I ordered a mango margarita with... sugar rim. I did not ask for an additional shot. She gave me an additional shot (I did not want) There was no sugar. Also ittook thirty minutes to get my drink in which by that time I no longer wanted it. Secondly I asked for the appetizer combo. WhenI got it. all of the appetizers were cold. And the fried pickles were soggy. I then ordered a salad with Italian dressing. Iasked for extra dressing. It didn't come with extra dressing. And the salad was disgusting!!!! So bad that both me and my nephewdidn't eat it. Lastly I get my food which by this time was cold. As if it sat for some time. The steak was over cooked. I askedfor medium. Extremely dissatisfied. Mind you my waitress was really nice. But the table across from me had fresh fried pickles.Just saying. Read more
