Clean, good service. Food was okay, but barely lukewarm. Room temperature curly fries, Not as satisfying as I had anticipated.
Decided to come here for dinner tonight on 9/22/2022 since CRUMBL is right next door. It said on the sign on the door this Arbys... location was open until 10 pm inside & drive thru. The door to eat inside was locked, so we tried drive through. It took a whilefor them to acknowledge we were there and only did when I finally said something. I ordered very clearly and the woman repeatedthe order back to us multiple times, confused on the order. It had to have been at least 6 or 7 times repeating the order and itwas only 2 meals! The roast beef & cheddar sandwich with curly fries and water. Then we see an arbys worker come out of her carsmelling of marijuana and walked through the employee entrance. It?s whatever, but you shouldn?t be high on the clock,especially when handling someone?s food. Then we get to the window to grab our food and the woman ASKS US FOR A TIP! I havenever seen a drive through worker ask for tips or even have a tip jar outside of the window like that. Completely inappropriate.Our sandwiches also had the smallest dollop I?ve ever seen of cheese at an arbys. This arby?s location needs new management asap. Went there today & they were out of almost everything. Ordered the mozz sticks &... they didn?t even inform me of not having marinara until I asked. After ordering I wait 20mins to get to window to pay. After I pay I was informed they were out of roastbeef, then they wanted to... know if I wanted the fries still or my whole order refunded. How does Arby's not have meat. This location is always slow butthis was over the top. Read more

Drive thru is always slow, employees always seem unhappy or unresponsive. My wife and I have waited in line almost 20 minutes... before and left since the line would not move and we never got to the window. Got a drink with no ice this last time, and frieseverywhere in the bag. I love Arby's food, but as someone in customer service, they have a lot to improve on. Read more
