On the day of our visit it seemed they were understaffed, a common problem that everyone seems to be having lately. The service... is slow for our getting our food and our orders were slightly mixed up although the food was acceptable. We did receive one mealfor free because the service time was so slow. The waitress was very good and manager was friendly and apologetic. I would goback it was not unacceptable just a matter of circumstance. Read more
We took the kids here yesterday evening and it was the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant in Columbus. We spent... over $200 and nothing was right. The steak was not cooked correctly, so we sent it back and the next one came back raw. Thingswere floating in my granddaughters drink if you ordered anything fried (like onions rings or fries) you also got what was friedthroughout the day. For the money we spent, I expected a better experience. And to top it off they tried to charge us twice forthe steak... if I'm going to spend my hard earned money, I expect better service. Read more
The waiter Thomas seemed more interested in talking with the female staff than actually serving his customers. The steak was... stringy and the added shrimp came out ice cold. As did the butter sauce. How do you serve butter sauce cold? The only thing thatwas hot were the garlic potatoes. Waiter never came back to check on us till it was time to give us the bill. We paid $40 for this via Curbside to go. I placed the order via the phone (though Applebees restaurants don?t take their own... orders by phone). My order, which consisted of a ridiculously small salmon fillet, was supposed to have 2 vegetables. Theyscrewed that up?- so I was left with the small salmon and exactly 10 green beans for $20. My husband?s sampler didn?t come withthe extra blue cheese that I had asked for and seems to be more of a sample of a sampler. This is absolutely ridiculous. Icannot believe that any Applebees would serve this and charge $40. Definitely not going back as we can eat much better in ourneighborhood and at a fraction of the cost. Read more

Placed car side pick up for 417pm. Two cars came after me and the guy that was bringing out the food never acknowledged me, so... I had to get his attention. Food was not only cold but they forgot my wings. Manager was cool but overall an F for badservice. Read more
