The old lady at the drive through window was insanely rude to me when I questioned why my combo was $4 over the menu price, she... proceeded to scold me about the Icee not being included with the combo (wasnt told that when I ordered and asked for the meal)and when I told her I'd rather not pay for it then she proceeded to scold me again because "they already made it for me" andthen loudly complained to her coworkers that I don't want it anymore. Burger King will not be getting my business after thisexperience. It is absolutely not up to the customer to know what does and doesn't come with the combo, and I don't appreciatebeing patronized and embarrassed when I question why I'm being overcharged. Worst $18 I've spent. Fries were half mixed with old cold and half warm. Jalapeño cheese poppers were room temperature. The guy... at the window couldn't be bothered to reach through the window to hand me my order, making me strech way out. This happened at9:00 pm and they close at 12:00 am. Had an issue with redeeming a coupon, but it turned out to be an error on my part. Apparently redeeming a coupon and rewards... points on the same transaction does not work. The friendly staff resolved it quickly and didn't show any signs of annoyance atthe slight inconvenience. Kudos to them. Read more
