I stop often after work & purchase 2 donuts. Older woman (possibly owner) does not say thank you. I know she speaks English... because she takes my order & tells me what I owe. Nice pastry and coffee, needed to wait a bit for service but everything else was on point.
We just walked in and the store associate told us the front cash register is closed now, only drive-thru is available. Then she... came around and was telling the other customers (that were sitting enjoying their coffee) that she ?wants to close the store nowit?s already past 3pm? and so we were all just kicked out, though it says they are open here until 8pm. The women (and men) who work here do such an incredible job. They are friendly. They are kind. And they are ALWAYS willing to be... helpful. I recommend always asking staff how their day was, developing a good rapport; and they will treat you kindly inreturn. Due to our good relationship, the Dunkin employees at this location have always incentivized my trips, giving me freesweets & such! I usually do not leave reviews. But this Dunkin? Donuts location DESERVES IT. Ps. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR AVOCADOTOAST!!! (That and a caramel iced coffee) Pss. To the people who left bad reviews saying that the customer service wasdifficult? please be considerate of the fact that most Dunkin Donuts locations are incredibly understaffed.
