Food was good service was a little slow.
While we were dining in today, 11/07/22 at 3:01 PM, one of the female workers started yelling and screaming to the other female... worker. It looked like she had received a text message that infuriated her. She was sharing wither her co-worker. We caughtpart: "I want to punch her in the face," the rest was lost in the yelling. This is very inappropriate in a place of business,especially in full view of customers. It made us very uncomfortable. We got our of there as quick as we could. Update: The manager of the restaurant reached out to me less than an hour after I provided feedback and offered to replace my... meal. I took her up on the offer today and, while the tenders are still underwhelming, the meal today was far superior to mylast. I'm upgrading the review to 3 stars and will only return it to the previous 5 starts after a lengthy period of above parservice. Unfortunately, I'm having to update my previously stellar review all the way down to the lowest possible. Thislocation has gone so far downhill recently it's laughable. Case in point, today I ordered the chicken strips and what I receivedwas basically just the coating with a few fibers of chewy, overcooked chicken in it. Just close down if this is the best you cando. Not to mention that their prices have gone up. I understand prices going up in this economy, but the product still has to begood. Really didn?t want to waste my time reviewing a fast food joint but it?s been so disappointing that here I am. Clearly... understaffed.
