A lot of people waiting. I saw 3 people come back in because their orders were messed up. I should have checked my bag because... my order was not correct either. They forgot an item. Not the best McDonald's but what was I really expecting? It's McDonald's. Read more
Horrible service! Ordered a small chocolate shake and the manager gave us a vanilla with a little chocolate on top and argued... that it was a chocolate shake, asked her to refund for the shake and to give us a frozen drink instead. After much attitude themanager finally did. However when I asked for a straw the manger refused to give me one insisting I instead get one my self fromthe other side of the restaurant. Very rude. This McDonald's charges excessive prices. Generally speaking, the wait time at the drive-through is between 5 and 10 minutes,... depending on the size of the orders. Great team of employees, however they really need to improve their drive-through speed andefficiency as well as their pricing increases. Read more
This time wish I could have my money back.So this time the fries were like cold rubber and no salt at all. Does this company... teach anything to the position of expediting,one of these most important rolls in the entire operation, due to the fact thatmore times than none my orders are wrong somewhere which tells me they did not double check the order or the bags and theirmonitors ,also remember there are receipts taped to the bags , so I feel there's no excuse to send an orders out to the customerwith errors . And Have that many tools at your disposal .I'm glad that I always always double check my bags for accuracy..ifthey would do that they would have smiles,likes,and thumbs ups with happy customers .In all I threw away $37. Method I used togenerate my order was Mobile App with pickup selected. If my 8 year old son says he doesn't like the fry's then they must bereally bad.Generally he loves them. Read more

This place is very busy, but I would like to highlight that there is only 2 kiosk options for ordering inside. Out of those 2,... only one accepts payment. The other one did not have functioning card acceptance. The employees at this location are alreadyappearing to be understaffed, overwhelmed and stretched thin with how busy it is. How hard is it to invest more in your team byhaving functioning kiosks available to lighten their load? Additionally, due to the understaffing, the wait times for food werevery long and cleanliness of the bathrooms was severely lacking. Order was fine, no issues. It was blatantly obvious by standingin there that the employees were doing their best and higher ups do not really care about their customers or their employees'well being. Read more
