Just moved to Easton and went to the State for the first time. The interior is eclectic and fun; we sat in a booth with our four... year old and picked our favorite art pieces and danced in our seats. Our server was professional, kind, and efficient. Myhusband had the breakfast burrito and I had the breakfast sandwich, and our daughter had the apple pie pancake. This may soundstrange, but I was most excited about the pancake. I love making pancakes at home because you can get them so fluffy with such aperfect texture but 9/10 breakfast places really just serve you big batch, overworked batter (not knocking it, I totally getit). This pancake was the most perfect pancake. It was fluffy inside with such a beautiful texture. Everything really wasgreat-- excellent coffee and tart, but sweet oj. Very pleasant and nicely located cafe. Perfect for enjoying a nice brunch outside in spring. Unfortunately, the picture of the... banana bread french toast isn't as good as it could have been because it was too tasty and I too hungry. When I'm in Easton PAagain, this place will be top of the list! Read more

Always a Delight. This is by far our favorite Breakfast spot! The food is always Spot on! My favorite is the LA Stir Fry. I... cannot steer away from that dish.
