The man behind the counter was not very sociable. He was very grumpy and told me that because i used a card that i would only be... charged for the cost of gas that i put in my car not for the entire $20.00 i asked for. The gas total was 16.02 i never receivedthe difference put back onto the card i used!!!!! I understand it is only a small amount difference but right now every pennycounts!! I also am a rewards member and told the man that,i should have gotten 5cents off per gallon but i never received thateither! I will never be going back to this particular shell station again!!! The best car wash in the back! The people are really so nice and they take pride.

The gas is thirty cents higher than other stations so getting$2 off a wash isn't a good deal. The guy tried to short change me... once in the station and at the wash. They do a good job but I don't like being ripped off or attempted to be. He fakes hedoesn't know English when we gets caught. Be warned and ready. Read more
