They ran out of chicken breasts. I said I would take 2 legs instead. They gave me wings. The biscuits where so hard, I had to... toss them. I would not recommend going back to thus location to anyone. Always seems to have issues with food quality andquantity. Read more

I placed an order through the app and showed up 6 minutes past the time it was said to be ready, only to find the food had been... given away to another customer. I only know this because I overheard the staff talking about the situation. No one greeted me,or informed me of the mistake. In fact, no one said any kind of hello, goodbye, apology; it was like they were annoyed at ME. Iwas only asked my name once after I'd been standing in the lobby for a few minutes, so they could confirm it was I that neededthe order. I waited for them to make my food, and they still missed a sandwich and sauces. Nor did they offer to remake ourdrinks, because at this point they'd been sitting for at least 10 minutes. I am giving 2 stars because the food was actuallydecent, but that was the number one worst customer service at a food restaurant I'd ever received. Read more
