This location on pawtucket Ave has had awful service lately! Super long delivery times. The food is done more than 30 min before... delivery. Not fresh or hot when it is delivered; this has happened 3 times inthe last 6 months. When I called to inquire thestory changed a few times of it was done or leaving, etc. Menu is changing more and more. Currently , they have stopped thebread bowl option for the pasta. Ordered two pizzas one was correct one was wrong realized this AFTER I got home. Called had to wait on hold they told us 45... MINUTES- original order took 15. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEYRE UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going back here Read more
Food took way longer than app showed. Chicken pasta dish, barely 6 small pieces of chicken. Was burnt. Brownies..very crunchy... but ok taste. Cheese dipper with bread, very oily. Very bad customer service in store. Been going to this location long time,this is worst experience ever. Read more
