The servers were great but the type of donuts I asked for chocolate frosted was not available
Charged me extra $2 for Almond Milk and sabotaged my drink because I kindly informed them that it did not taste like Caramel... Swirl w Almond Milk. I understand Dunkin service stinks but do not sabotage my drink. Would never come back. Horrible. Read more
Just stopped there. Asked for double chocolate donuts - None. Asked for pumpkin donuts. Paid bill. She handed me coffee and... bag. Bill seemed HIGH! I looked in bag and it was muffins. I asked her to switch for donuts. She informed me she couldn'tbecause they don't do refunds! Who doesn't do refunds when THEY MESS UP? Asked why I didn't get my Senior Discount - theydon't do that either. Cost me extra for staff that doesn't listen or pay attention.
