Worst customer service ever. Staff is rude, unhelpful and makes you feel they don?t want to be there and you?re forcing them to... work. I just ordered a large coffee and waited 15min to get it. I had to ask the staff where is my coffee and it turns out theyforgot about me. Poor service second time this place has messed up my order.The coffee sucks, everyone goes to Dunkin for coffee. I ordered one... thing and it was messed up. Another time I ordered ky muffin warm with butter and they burnt the top and had the nerve to put itin my bag. This sorry Dunkin is the closet to my job, but I will be going elsewhere. Read more
