I get my coffee here every single day and the staff is amazing the kids here do a wonderful job today I had the worst experience... with what seems to be a manager or supervisor named Sam she was completely rude and insulting. I ordered my coffee on the go andI was asking one of the associates when they get it could they add a syrup to it because I forgot and she completely cut me offsaid don't talk to him make this coffee 1st. Cut me off extremely rude. So I quietly walked down to the end of the counter andwaited. Then when I got my coffee with out any syrup I simply tried to explain to her I was just asking him when he gets myorder to add syrup and she goes yeah we don't do that here we can't do that here. I explained to her I forgot to add it when Iordered. She took the cup pretended to add syrup and gave it back to me. Then I said Mr. Snow syrup in this cup could youplease add some syrup and she goes well we normally charge extra but here you go I'll add extra. She put Is a completelydifferent syrup in the cup.
