Today September 01, 2022 around 4 pm, my wife and I stopped at Starbucks inside Ridley and bought 2 drinks. The service person... was terrible, she is not open to criticism. She sold us a Frappuccino without whipping cream and got defensive because I toldher that it would be a good idea to tell her customers before they pay that they are out of whipping cream and let them decideif they still want to buy it or not. Very bad experience, and we are definitely not giving this business another chance. Read more
