I feel what this place is trying to be but the execution just isn't there. As soon as our waiter realized we weren't going to be... racking up a cocktail tab or bottles of wine the wind was out of his sails. We chose to sit on the patio which was generallynice atmosphere but the swarms of flies made it almost impossible to eat comfortably and their cheap outdoor furniture was moresuited for a backyard pool than a restaurant. The waiter casually joked "this is horse country" about the flies... The food wasnothing impressive and when I asked to add some meat to a pasta dish all they had were prawns which turned out to be $12 to add4 midsize shrimp making the dish $37 total compared to my wife's equivalent pasta dish which came with prawns for $28, sketchymath there. Overall, if you need some food and drink, it's there. Would we recommend it, no. Read more

We started our four day weekend at this restaurant for dinner and it did not fail. The oysters were plumb and fresh. We really... enjoyed the beet salad, Brussels, and tomato and mozzarella salad. The ahi tuna with peppercorn sauce was nicely prepared anddelicious. The restaurant had a very large selection to choose from. Found out this restaurant has been in business since the1970’s. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for dinner. If you go during tourist season make a reservation. Read more

The food was good but it's fancier and more expensive than I like for lunch generally. It would be well suited for a business... lunch or special occasion. I would not recommend bringing children. Read more

We have eaten here plenty of times when doing a day of wine tasting in the Dundee Hills. The food and service has always been... excellent and there is a very good wine list with a variety of good by the glass or bottle options. This is not a place for aninexpensive, quick bite moving from one winery to another. However, it makes a great place to have a top quality, leisurely mealbetween a morning tasting and a late afternoon tasting. We had a tasting booked from 11 - 12:30 nearby, had a lunch reservationhere at 1, and then drove a little further from Dundee for a tasting at 3:15 and did not feel rushed. Read more

meh. sadly the food was pretty underwhelming and under seasoned. I got the salmon and risotto and the risotto had no seasoning... at all. For the price we were hoping it would be more special and that’s not what we got. Cesar salad was also strange and notsure why I had to do so much legwork and cut it all up. Read more
